The who's who of Melbourne's food journalism industry stepped out for a preview of the long awaited Michelin star franchise Tim Ho Wan in Melbourne last night.

With many baked buns with BBQ pork and other Tim Ho Wan delights being enjoyed by the hungry crowd, the response to the dinner has been of epic.

With streams of people through the door, TV cameras, radio interviews, video recordings, magazines, newspapers and online journals Melbourne surely is excited for this new addition at 206 Bourke Street.
